Finding Balance is thoughtfully tailored to cater to the needs of children, teenagers, and young adults, including those with cognitive or physical impairments. Recognizing the distinctions between youth and adults, Finding Balance has been collaboratively developed with insights from youngsters, parents, medical professionals, and therapists to meet the specific requirements of children and teenagers.

The application incorporates engaging and recognizable elements such as animated emojis displaying a spectrum of emotions and youth-centric activities like dancing, football, and scootering to foster physical activity. Utilizing swipe and click functionality along with user-friendly graphs aids children in visualizing their progress effortlessly.

Users are incentivized with bonus points for engaging in mindfulness exercises. These activities are associated with reduced anxiety, diminished stress levels, heightened calmness, enhanced focus, and mood improvement.

By facilitating simple tracking accessible via mobile devices, users can pinpoint trends and triggers. Consistent monitoring on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis assists users in recognizing personal patterns – both beneficial ones and those warranting attention. Upon data input, users receive a daily and cumulative Balance Score tailored to age-appropriate mental and physical health guidelines.
